Sinopsis Drama The Forbidden Marriage (2022):

Drama ini mengisahkan tentang Lee Heon, seorang raja Joseon. Dulu saat menjadi putra mahkota, istri tercintanya meninggal dunia. Sampai hari ini, ia belum bisa melupakan kematiannya. Selama 7 tahun terakhir, keluarga kerajaan dan anggota pemerintah telah mencoba membuat Raja Lee Heon menikah lagi tanpa hasil.

Semuanya gagal hingga suatu hari, ia mendengar tentang seorang wanita bernama Ye So Rang, yang mengklaim arwah mendiang istri raja ada di dalam istana kerajaan. So Rang sendiri sebenarnya adalah penipu. Ia pernah ditangkap dan dipenjara di tempat Petugas Lee Shin Won bekerja.

Untuk keluar dari kesulitannya, ia mencoba berpura-pura kerasukan roh di depan Lee Shin Won. Saat itu pun, ia keceplosan membahas roh dari istri raja.
